New Real Estate Company Opens in Clinton

Clinton, TN –September 25, 2006-- “Exceeding the Expectations” is the motto for The Hicks Group, LLC, the newest real estate company in Clinton. And so far they are doing just that. In less than three months since the company was founded, the group already has more than $9 million in listings. Principal Broker, Christy Hicks, says their immediate success is in part due to relationships formed from their partnership with Thomas R. Hicks Construction, a local construction company in Clinton for more than 20 years. She also credits their success to ensuring the best customer service and customer satisfaction.

Since 1968, the Hicks family has earned the reputation as one of East Tennessee's premier real estate investors for residential, commercial and industrial development and property management. Christy Hicks is a real estate professional who prides herself in exceeding the expectations in this profession. By maintaining a simple, but effective philosophy of excellence, the Hicks Group has established a positive reputation early in its formation.
