Combined, the founders have over 50 years of experience in general management, construction, commercial and residential real estate, marketing, and communications. Christy Hicks began her education in real estate matters by working for Hicks Construction for five years. Christy attended the University of Tennessee earning a Masters Degree.  Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2001, Christy has become an accredited buyer representative and is a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors. She buys rental & investment properties through her ownership of Sticks Properties, LLC. Christy specializes in the development, marketing, and sale of commercial, industrial and lake properties.

A proud tradition of excellence, professionalism, and diversification runs in the Hicks family.  In addition to Christy Hicks Real Estate, Christy is also very involved with the other facets of her family's real estate endeavors including Hicks Family, LLC, Thomas R Hicks Construction, I-75 Industrial Group LLC, and A&S Building Systems.

For 37 years, Thomas R. Hicks Construction has steadily gained the respect of real estate professionals throughout the Knoxville area.
